I was under the impression that they, along with the VCC dice and a few other club names unknown to me were either samples or novelty dice... and that's mostly because large quantities of them are found together. In fact, just recently a few of us in Florida saw such a quantity at a show. There was also a post showing the VCC and WSC dice with red pips.
