Billy on the phone. His voice and excited tone was identical to my Late Step Dad's voice. And then when I meet Billy, it was unbelievable how the two were so alike. My step dad was from Wildwood (Southern tip of New Jersey) but Billy's home of record could not be that far away.

I met Billy for the first time several years ago at a South Point Convention, when he was an Exhibitor. What a character and what a nice guy!!

My sympathies and condolences to his Family and to his many chipper friends that will also miss him.

Rest in Peace 'Silly Billy from Philly', a name he liked to be called by!
