David Hench sent this to me in 2004.

David is the Club member that met me at the Lexington, KY airport and took me to Slew's funeral. He also wrote articles for Poker magazines. Also dealt for a couple old time illegal operators in the Lexington area. Their chips have appeared in IOTD post.
