The Philadelphia area has its worst flooding since 1972. Betsy Ross & Tacony Palmyra bridges are effected by local floods. Cars are under water in several places. People were rescued from local bus transportation
rooftop by boat in Chester. NJ, MD, Del & Pa. all are effected. Ann & I are staying in bed today & are watching this on TV.
