neither of the "officials" have much of another life to live. I have found that certain people create situations so that they can feel as though they have power. I would believe and "act" as if most people have no interest in walking to a cash machine to get a few cents and, thus, leave it as a "gift" to the next player. Have them define theft for you.

But, after all is said and done, I would never return to the casino and encourage anyone else who would listen to do likewise. Life is too short to sweat the sall stuff!
