,,,the Board needs to negotiate with the South Point to have a guarantee within reason that both sides can live with. I have a feeling if that what you say is the case that the Board just said that is too much & did not even negotiate. Maybe the South Point will let us bring our own booze in. I have done that in the past & just paid for the bar service.
