It's not just the GCB. People yelling at the cashiers and pit staff when they couldn't buy all the chips they wanted had something to do with it. Occasionally I get lucky and get a chip when others can't, just by being nice and not getting greedy! Maybe this will blow over in a year or two if people would show some gratitude when a casino sells them a chip.
