I agree! I thought once you were in an FBI DB, you were tracked. But I'm sure some lower level, FBI agent will come forward and explain off, how overworked they are, and this one just slipped through.

I think some FBI-Boston heads should roll on this "oversight."

On another note...I "do" hope suspect #2 recovers well, so we can beat the answers out of him!
