I am sure there are those that will disagree but the easiest way to ship overseas if you sell on is to use their shipping service. I don't need to fill out a form, the form prints out from /paypal shipping and away it goes. Online shipping stamp from USPS is on the label, stick it to the package and gone. Yes, more expensive but it saves me trips to USPS and I no longer stand in line! vbg*
