~~~ especially at antique shows where the term token seems to be used a lot more than chips.

Years ago when a vendor would respond with "I have some tokens I need to dig out" I would simply pass and not return later... then I started to either wait or stop by again before leaving and sure enough they were chips and not slot tokens.
