Ron My Main Man - Here is how it is Done !!!!
In Response To: HELP METAL CENTER INSERT CHIPS ()

Shown below are 2 CIC chips I used to create a "New" rarity. I simply destroyed the Conklin and Garrett chip to get the 2 halves of the center inlay. I then soaked the Playboy chip in hot water and "Poped-out" the center inlay with out damaging the plastic portion of the chip. I then put the C & G inlay in the playboy chip and created the new "Rarity". Time to do this entire process took about 10 minutes and I just did it after seeing your post.
Sorry Ron, but I don't think your chip can stand the test of being LISTED a manufacturer's "error" or "sample", SINCE i WAS ABLE TO CREATE ONE WITH MINIMNAL EFFORT.
