Hi Don,
You will see below that the yellow cover and the one to the right have the phone extension MEnlo, where as the rest that follow have the DAvis extensions. Third is cover you got at the Superbowl show, however in a little better condition The next 4, mainly the last two covers have no phone # but mention the "Bow Herbert Organization" which I think has been discussed here before if not covered in a past CCTN artical. And finally at the bottom is one of my favorite CA covers, again from the Horseshoe, showing a full color picture of the actual card room, plus a graphic of the small crown chip from that era (which I guess is hard to find??) The inside Horseshoe graphic is awesome as well!!
