You will be able to keep your manicure scissors and pocket knife when you fiy to the Convention in June. Starting April 25, you can keep your knife in your pocket if it's no larger than the picture below.

I've lost a dozen or so over the years, even though I try to remember to put mine in my checked bag. Down to about 3 spares now, so this is timely.
