Nevada Approval data For Trade

As most Nevada collectors know, the state publishes a monthly approval list of Chips and Tokens here:
http://gaming.nv.gov/index.aspx?page=146

In addition to each month, there is a historic list that goes back to the 1980s. The problem is that historic list is sorted by city, then casino, ….plus it is in PDF format which does not make it very usable.

I’ve reformatted the information into an excel spreadsheet, with each piece of information (City, Licensee, Approved Date, Disapv'd date, Chip/Token ID, Denom. And Description) a separate column. In this format, you can easily filter or sort based on your interests. For example if you wanted to see all the LV/NLV/Henderson $1 chips approved in 2012, you could quickly narrow it down to get this list:

The spreadsheet contains 24,000 records so there is a lot of history. I would think it would be very useful for historical research, seeing if you missed any approved chips in your interest area, etc.

I am interested in trading the list to help me fill holes in my $1 LV/AC collection. I have most of the ones from the last 20-25 years, but I am looking to get some of the tougher ones (AC Harrah’s Trump Plaza and Playboy color variations, $1 M Baccarat, $1 Year of the Whatever chips).

If you think you are interested, send me an e-mail and I can send you a sample spreadsheet to play around with. If you find it useful and we can work out a trade, I can send you the full list.

Thanks,
- Bob
