Unless it is a high quality coin...

it won't be worth much more than silver melt value ($2-3). Here is a link on that coin you might want to read. Note that if you clean it, it will NOT be graded by the big certification houses. If you bought it already graded and in a plastic slab, you won't want to break it out anyway.

If you paid more than $50 for it to a reputable dealer, I would leave it as-is since it's probably a better grade coin.
