I think this is a problem with the chip guide. I think (although I'm not sure), that "Hector" is the guy that sent me the scan of 4 chips. Now who is Hector? How do we know what he is saying is accurate? I just got off the phone with a major Cuban collector who never heard of the chip and has doubts about it.

I would never attribute a chip with out evidence (or at least several other people agreeing with me)
