PhotoScape is free, full version, no ads, it is just a free download. It has all the features that you will need to edit scans and photos. It is not as feature rich as PhotoShop, but it has all you need for casino chip and other item editing. PLUS IT HAS A CIRCLE CROP feature that is much, much easier to use than PhotoShop. It is the product I use when I teach my online seminar Chip Scanning 101. I have no interest in the product, I just think that it is a great product.
