One problem that I found with photoscape is that although you can crop a circle (which works great), you can not copy the circle to any other picture or software. It transports as a circle within a square. I have yet to find a software that you can crop a circle and then copy and paste the circle.

The image below I do by selecting by hand around an image in Corel Photohouse and then copy to another picture. But as you can see, my hand could never be steady enough to select an exact circle.

If anyone knows of a software where you can select a circle, copy and paste it as a circle, please let me know.
