You could make such a list, but would have to define what you mean by "grand opening". Some of the big hotels like Caesars Palace and Flamingo did "grand opening" chips for events after they opened. Examples would be opening a new tower, a new attraction, or a new restaurant.

Probably the most meaningful list would be chips that had the words "Grand Opening" marked on them.

I don't know of anyone who's done this, though.

You might think all Grand Opening chips would have inlays due to the significance of the event. Here's one from Reno that's a hot-stamp, though.
