I always use online postage. Sent out 5 ounces today for $1.98 and that included Delivery Confirmation. I didn't have to stand in line at the post office, I just dropped my envelopes in the mail box. Single chips up to total wieght of 3 ounces only costs $1.64 including Delivery Confirmation.
