If you read the entire thread on ChipTalk, Joe's acquisition is a bitter sweet event, as operations were shutdown in Maine and they moved into a major destruction mode of on-hand inventory. Pictures of the destruction are promised.

This marks the second major chip supplier to be bought by a ChipTalker (CT'er as they call themselves).

This acquisition now puts Palm Imports into a position to suplly both the casino, and home gaming/tournament organizer marketplaces.
