For years in Illinois license plate number 1
In Response To: NCR - Most expensive License Plate Ever Sold !!!! ()

Was given to the catholic cardinal in Chicago. The cardinal was Cody. Joe PAVLIK lm-135. Presently the plate is in control of the secretary of state office. A decision has not been made on who should have it at this time, my gut feeling is they are saving the plate for Obama .
