.... I prepared a flat rate priority envelope to be sent and couldn't find a shipping lable sticker handy, so I had a box of stamps. I stuck on enough postage (actually, 10¢ over) and into the mailbox it went. DAYS later here it comes back..... WHY? iIt's over 13 ounces WITH stamps (if it was a label it would have gone just fine). Now, I have to actually go to the post office and personally present it during their business hours. Bear in mind (I have done this all before, ugh) and they will take the package and toss it into a bin and say, "Do you need any stamps today?" All without and question about ID,who I am, what is in the package or anything else. ......................"Next Customer Please!"
