~~~ where I respond to SW's post about how we can not be 100% certain since many casinos had different style lettering / monograms (10 examples listed) even within a short time span; the NICE monogram on the jeton and the one on the shares are not even exact "NC" compared to each other... and they were both current on the jetons and shares back in 1900 -- which is still another example as to why some monograms from the same casino in the same time period do not match, exactly.
