This is the new-found Crest and Seal, never seen by collectors before, not in Herz book or USPC records, but surely USPC-made long ago. Interesting history. The Montana town boomed with the discovery of oil in the 1920s and then went bust (along with the Moose lodge) during ecological problems and litigation. Read about it in my listing.:
