I think that picture is from the first time we stopped at the Moulin Rouge, probably in the mid-late 1990's...and it was before I knew much about the Moulin Rouge.

We went past the MR last November; after neglect, vandals, and fires, there's not much recognizable anymore. But I did recognize this sign...
