~~~ having been shaded (darker) than the 'S' and 'C' -- I thought it might be Lisboa, so when I looked in the book I noticed 1920s for Sporting Clube de Lisboa... but when I searched I saw Sporting Clube de Portugal founded in 1906 (pre-Republic) and I was wondeing if "SCP" might have been named "SCL" at first in 1906 and their name changed after the forming of the Republic in 1910 to "SCP"... but I do not find any mention of that or any mentin of gambling at "SCP" history...
I tried looking under "tokens" but could not find any monogram such as your MOP... Maybe we find out where it was from if enough people search...
