Cindy has a problem with her computer that I have no idea how to solve. Apparently a program in her computer adds an empty picture folder every time she acceses the program. The albums appear in the libraries/pictures folder in her Windows 7 computer. Most days there is one folder but some days there are as many as five. There are a few days with no folders (maybe she didn't use the computer those days?) It started doing this on Jan 1st this year even though she has had the computer longer than that. She uses Facebook which is a likely suspect (since she may use it several times a day) but I am not sure. Has anyone else had this problem or have any idea how to stop the folders from appearing every day?
