First, Chris and I want to thank Alan Anderson for hanging on to this Flamingo from the Flamingo Hilton Reno for a very long time. Alan promised us this Flamingo but we had to get to Reno/Sparks to pick it up. We did that this summer past!

Second, in its removal there was some damage to the structure so l slowly and painstakingly repaired all of the plastic damage the best I could!

Third, all of the neon inside was busted up so i replaced it with LED lights, 5 meters worth that I affixed to the inside structure!

Fourth, I created a pipe and re-bar structure so "Alan" the Flamingo could join our other Flamingos in our little back yard here in Las Vegas!
