I just got these and did all the research I could and think these were actually used in the Casino.

They are Used, have rounded edges, Hot Stamps Bright Gold and facing different positions on each side, no allignment at all.

The 1st 2 Pic's show the Hot Stamps on each side. The Top of the Chips are in the same position.
