Playboy roulette error-revisited

Found this damaged Playboy roulette chip in an overlooked box of stuff during the weekend and thought that the proverbial picture is worth 1000 words on how these errors occur. It's not simply a random rotated inlay as some have surmised. As you can see, there is a center core that has everything raised prior to the colored (pink) plastic being injected. The raised areas on the core protrude through the color plastic which is what is seen on the surface of the chip. So, if a reference point, such as a triangle as an example, is supposed to point to the center "Y" in Playboy, but points to any other letter instead, this is an error core that creates the error chip.
