I recently bought a chip from Virgil Wellington. First time I've done business with him. The chip arrived but was broken. I notified him and suggested alternatives: a new chip; refund (but not through PayPal) etc. Virgil immediately refunded my money based only on my word and w/o seeing a scan of the broken chip. Bad incident but good person.
