doesn't weigh very much,seems like a small piece of fiber board or something like that and about the same size as the inner circle of the rectangle mold chip (something to make the chip stronger in case it was dropped?) so it wouldn't break like this Stag chip I was trying to clean the mold or whatever off of it and dropped on ceramic tile floor,lucky I have a backup no weight in this one
