Someone selling through Amazon is offering 21 individually wrapped Twinkies (in a flat counter type display) for $110....kinda funny.

But yes, I will admit to being sad to seeing the demise of Hostess. My mom never allowed us to eat Twinkies. Mom said they were too full of sugar, so we got Hostess Fruit Pies instead. Later in life we found out the fruit pies had twice the sugar of a Twinkie or chocolate cup cake (Ding Dong?)...even funnier.
I will miss the Hostess lemon fruit pies and I guess I'll never get to wobble over to Mermaid's on Fremont for another Deep Fried Twinkie....(not a good idea if you've had alot to drink, ugh).....makes me kinda sad.
