Interesting that someone contacted the state and made a complaint; I just had to chuckle. IMHO Most state regulatory agencies prioritize their issues; anything that could have adverse effect on gaming taxes, integrity of the industry, guest disputes on the gaming floor, and so on... It may be a big deal to some in the collector community that there may be more chips out than listed on the chip, but that would be low on the list of priorities.
