I said I would let you all know how this turned out
I wrote to paypal several times asking them WHY and
the told them, after no answer, to "go F-CK them selves"
I still continued to use up what was in my papal account which was not much, maybe $50 ?
then somebody paid me for something and i used that, and a couple instant transfers where they take right from the bank account, but never gave them what they asked for.
Then got this today, out of the blue.
