As others have mentioned, Bento is a nice option for mac users. It doesn't have the pre-installed lists and scans, but you can customie your templates to what you want. My favorite part is that it syncs with my iPhone and iPad (if only I had an iBrain).

If a mac version is imminent, I'd consider waiting. The more you invest in a piece of software, the higher the barrier to switch.
