Only 200 of the Derby Day chips, 500 of the Second Crown, and 1000 of the Third Crown chips were ever made, and the Hard Rock destroyed any remaining chips not given away during the promotion. That means there are less than 200 complete sets possible to own. In order to get these chips you had to bet a total of $1200.00 at the race and sports book over the course of the three Triple Crown races. The Hard Rock sports book is no longer run by the Hard Rock which also tells you how collectible these chips are. These chips are a must-have for the rare las vegas chip collector or any collector of Hard Rock memorabilia. The chips are completely uncirculated and in new condition.
