if i am using the 4th edition casino chip guide for price reference, rough idea of how much of a ballpark $$ decline i can apply for most chips, i know its very difficult to guess, there are chips that are not even close to those prices and some may exceed it, i have been building playable sets but anticipate selling off some of those to aquire more quality collectable investment quality chips..thanks for all the suggestions in advance, wb
