I am running an auction on a Carver House $1 chip. TCR lists N1429.E which has extra black on the building. On scan 2 of this auction, you can clearly see that there is extra black on the building. Is this the error chip?

Disclaimer 1: As you can see there is damage on the chip. As the auction states, I believe it was glued in a display at some point.
