That's a comparatively old advertising chip Al, compared to the more recent personal chip craze. I used to buy chips from "Bud" at Fat Cat Tokens when I first started collecting chips. "Fat Cat" and CHIPCO were located in the same town of Windham, Maine. "Bud" used to sell a lot of CHIPCO samples through his inexpensive token & medal catalogs he used to mail out to his subscribers. Your illustration of his promo chip brought back some nice memories.
