Spelled the same exact way as on your chip; "HI-ROLLER" -- and they have "HI-ROLLER" nights on Fridays (...and it looks like the owner goes by the name "HI-ROLLER" as well).

Maybe a connection since the chip doesn't look gambling related (to me, anyway ). Looks like a recent hot stamp, too, especially w/ the bold lettering.
