auction is by same guy who wanted $3800 Jan 20th!!

The seller in the eBay auction is the same guy who contacted me Jan 20th, and wanted to sell the chip for $3800. I posted it here Jan 20th with pictures:
http://www.thechipboard.com/index.cgi/page/1/md/read/id/1149551/sbj/costa-concordia-casino-and-chips-video-of-casino/

The eBay auction is here:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/220938977525

The guy who approached me said it was the only chip he had (Ha!). He emailed me:

"... .... . I only have one chip and as far as I know it is the only one that left the ship last week. The picture I sent you are front and back. I can't imagine that there more then a handful of these out there. Please feel free to call me if you have any questions 781-xxx-xxx.

"My asking price is $3800"

Now it is $782 buy-it-now!

I am 99% sure it is the same guy because (1) the eBay seller's ID is antoniop5928, and the guy who emailed me gave his name as Anton, and (2) the pictures of the chip on eBay and emailed to me are similar in the depth of the picture and both have vinyl background. (The position of the edge spots on the two chips differ, proving he has more than one.)

The picture he had emailed me:
