What is right does not matter.
What I don't want is people getting postage due packages.

Many people use stamps with lesser amounts on packages mailed to me. I get them with postage due.

Somewhere along in the process a postal employee thinks they need more postage.

So, if I print the rules and get the lower rate from the clerk, the next guy marks it postage due. Who needs it?
