I have the 2006 Ellis Island Halloween chip with "Happy Haunting 2006" Vampire
Thae 11th Chip Rack has it as a TCR#E5704 but
The chip guide has it as TCR#E7878
Witch is Right or was the # changed.

I need to update my Chip rack to the 13 Edition Hopefully by March
