4# = priority mail

anything greater than 4 pounds has to go priority. Anything 4 or under is first class.

One recommendation: split a 5# shipment into two smaller packages.

It is $12.95 to Canada. 90c cheaper than to here.
For 5LB, that is your cheapest option.
It looks like they removed the first class option
