Resize photo and save it. Try resizing using any photo editing program.
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Elements. You might even try Windows Paint.
Open the photo, then look under the "edit" menu for "resize".
After you make the photo size smaller, you should have no problems
with uploading to TCB. Good luck.
