Downtown NCV Chips

My scanner doesn't seem to like the true colors. The 25 NCV are more of a subdued lime green and the 100 NCV are charcoal in color.

Chips are the same on each side, 44mm oversized, never used. They were issued about three years ago for a promo. I don't remember how many were issued but don't think many are out in the public. I only have the one set of four (4) chips.
