Said that these were given as momentoes to dealers. They came in the gold medallions (rings, as seen), which have clear plastic coverings on both sides. One side is flush with the ring, but the other side is raised, like an airtite was encased in the ring. However, it is NOT removable.

Did you find one for yourself, yet? Again, sorry for the poor photo. I need to practice macro shots!
