Today's chip hails from Fort Bliss Texas.

As with most other industries, the military expands and contracts as our nation moves from war to peace (hopefully, much more peace in the days and years to come), and when doing so, the services available reflect these changes. Where there may have be several clubs on any one installation during the 'boon' years, these are often combined or at least given a single management system.

With a plain background, and no denomination, hard to tell exactly what if anything this chip was used for.

Probably other colors (red?, white?) exist, but have yet been seen.
